Last updated July 12, 2026. The short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send me, and I use it to respond to you — nothing else.
What I collect
When you submit a form on this site — a valuation request or a contact message — you share your name, email address, phone number, and any property details you include. That's it: the site has no accounts, no logins, and no payment processing.
Like most websites, this site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
How it's used
Form submissions go to me, Kealan Green, and are stored in the customer-relationship system my team uses (Follow Up Boss) so I can respond and keep track of our conversation. I use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare the valuation or market information you asked for, and follow up about your sale.
What I don't do
I don't sell your personal information. I don't share it with third parties for their marketing. You will never get spam because you asked me a question about your home.
